• Custom orders are final sale. Due to the personalized nature of these items, I am unable to offer refunds or exchanges once your order is confirmed and paid.
• Mock-up approval required. I will always send a photo of your custom design for review before finalizing. Please review carefully and request any edits before giving your approval.
• Turnaround time is 2–3 weeks. Custom pieces are handmade to order. I’ll notify you once your piece is complete and on its way!
• Rush orders: If you need it sooner, reach out. I’ll do my best to accommodate!
• Changes after payment: Once a custom order is approved and paid, changes may not be possible. Please be sure everything looks right before checkout.
