Returns/Shipping

• All jewelry sale is final. No Returns. 
• If there is an issue with your product, please email julandsodesigns@gmail.com within 14 business days of receiving your product. We will try to work out a solution with you. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and a picture in the email.
• For bracelets, if you need a smaller or larger size please email julandsodesigns@gmail.com BEFORE you place your order.

 

Shipping: 

• Regular orders ship via USPS within 7-10 business days of purchase. 
• Custom orders ship via USPS within 10-14 business days of purchase. 
• If you need an order sooner, please email us at julandsodesigns@gmail.com and we will try to accommodate your request if possible.  
• Shipping is only available in the United States. 
• We offer free shipping for all orders over $50.
• We have a $6.00 shipping flat rate for orders under $50.
